The City of Roseburg Fire Department is dedicated to providing comprehensive emergency services to the community. This includes fire suppression, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, and fire prevention. The department operates out of three strategically located fire stations, each housing essential apparatus such as engines and ladder trucks. The department also oversees a regional Haz-Mat Team, trained to handle hazardous materials incidents.

With a staff of 43 personnel, the department is organized into divisions focused on administration, operations, prevention, and training. The department is also proud of its Public Protection Classification of 2, which reflects the effectiveness of its fire protection services and potentially lowers insurance costs for residents.
