The Juniper Flat Rural Fire Protection District provides fire protection and emergency response services to the residents of Wasco County, Oregon.

Established to serve the rural community of Maupin and surrounding areas, the Juniper Flat Rural Fire Protection District is committed to safeguarding lives and property through fire suppression, emergency medical services, and public education. The agency operates with a dedicated team of volunteers and professionals who are trained to respond to a variety of emergencies. Their mission is to enhance community safety and preparedness by offering fire prevention programs and engaging with the community. Over the years, the district has expanded its capabilities to include modern firefighting equipment and training facilities.
